My 16yo cross country runner had a knee issue that caused him terrible pain and drastically limited his running for over a month. After two appointments with Chuck Wilkes, his pain was gone, and he ran his 5K this weekend with zero pain! Chuck was great to work appointments around school schedules, and he was fantastic at thoroughly explaining his findings and rationales for each therapeutic technique he used. Highly recommend!!
